Hotel rate discount deadline approaching |

Special discounted room rates were negotiated with the hotel and include full-board accommodation (open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner; non-alcoholic drinks and snacks). We urge you to take advantage of this special rate, and have extended the expiration of this special discount to May 15th. After that date you will have to make hotel arrangements on your own independent of the conference. Note that the registration system allows you to book your hotel room(s) and pay for both lodging and registration at once, or separately. In the latter case, you will have to pay for the registration first (i.e. choose no rooms at this stage). After you pay for your registration, you can return to the registration system again for your lodging arrangements. Your prior payments will be reflected in the summary page. You can make changes and pay incrementally in this manner. Please contact the Conference Administration if the system indicates you have overpaid. |
